Tumini Fubarakworo

Tumini Fubarakworo is a product and growth analyst with a background in mathematics, statistics, product research, UX, and data-informed decision-making. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Port Harcourt (2025) and has more than three years of experience working across product research, analytics, and user-centered product development.

Her work combines quantitative analysis with an understanding of how people experience products. At NeedleX, Tumini conducted product and growth analytics across acquisition, activation, feature adoption, subscription conversion, and retention. She built a Growth Dashboard, mapped user journeys and AAARRR metrics, identified instrumentation gaps, and translated quantitative findings into product and growth recommendations.

Her earlier work across freelance UX and product design further shaped her approach to research. Through user-centered research and product thinking, she has worked to understand user needs, behaviours, and friction points, developing a particular interest in how complex information can be interpreted and communicated from the perspective of the person receiving it.

At SILT, Tumini contributes to research measurement, quantitative analysis, product analytics, documentation, and research communication. She supports the development of measurable outcomes, analysis of behavioural and product data, identification of instrumentation requirements, and the translation of findings into clear narratives that can be understood by researchers, educators, partners, and wider audiences.

Her role helps SILT connect what the data shows with what it means in practice.

At SILT, Tumini supports the design of measurable research outcomes, quantitative analysis, product analytics, instrumentation planning, research documentation, and the communication of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
